Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs (hiimx) accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and select Debit Cards. In certain cases, specifically concerning particular products or services, you may be required to provide your credit or debit card details to approved payment gateways when making a payment. You agree to provide correct and accurate credit or debit card details to these approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You must use your own credit or debit card; using a card that is not lawfully owned by you is prohibited. The information you provide will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit or debit card details. hiimx expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit or debit card.

Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs (hiimx) acts as the training provider. When you purchase a seat for a training, hiimx will handle the transaction and collect payment for itself.

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm your booking from your booking history or with the Customer Service Department to verify whether your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. hiimx will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by hiimx

There may be certain purchase orders that hiimx is unable to accept and must cancel. hiimx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non-availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by hiimx’s credit and fraud avoidance department. hiimx may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. hiimx will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Refund Policy

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order either by the customer or hiimx.

Cancellation by the User

In case of requests for order cancellations, hiimx reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. hiimx will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. hiimx has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by hiimx and accept hiimx’s decision regarding the cancellation.

Refund Policy

As part of usual business practice, if hiimx receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or approved by hiimx, hiimx shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within a reasonable period of time. hiimx reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Orders’ as determined by hiimx per certain criteria. Any hiimx cash or promo code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as a ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets the following criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:

  • Services ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
  • Multiple orders placed for the same service at the same address
  • Bulk quantity of the same service ordered
  • Invalid information provided in details
  • Internal record keeping
  • Any malpractice used to place the order
