In these terms and conditions, ‘Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 2nd Floor, Above Roop Misthan Bhandar, Tonk Phatak, Jaipur. This policy governs the relationship between ‘Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs’ and you in relation to this website.

Terms and Conditions for Website Use

  • Do not use the content of this website in an unlawful manner. It is intended for personal use and information only. Changes can be made without prior notice.
  • We do not provide guarantees or warranties regarding the performance, timeliness, accuracy, or suitability of the information and materials available on the website.
  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • To become a successful Google-certified professional, we will provide the required training and prepare you for the examination. However, we do not guarantee Google certification.
  • We shall not be liable for any information you use from this website. It is entirely at your own risk. We do not hold responsibility for ensuring that any product or service provided on the website meets your specific requirements.
  • The materials available on this website are owned by us or licensed to us, including layout, design, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction of the material in any form is prohibited.
  • No different or additional terms and conditions will be binding on Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs unless agreed to by us in writing.
  • We reserve the right to modify or change any content without prior notice and at our sole discretion to refuse any product or service to anyone.
  • We may include links to other websites for your convenience. We do not endorse these websites and hold no responsibility for their content.
  • Any issue or dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the laws of India or the regulatory authority.
  • Under no circumstances will we be responsible for changing the contents provided on the website.
  • The certification provided for the digital marketing course is valid for one month post-completion of the course.
  • Facebook and ICDL certification are optional and available only upon payment.
  • Google Certification is free, but if Google changes its conditions and charges for it, candidates will be required to pay.
  • The free tools and services shown on the homepage are only available for hands-on practice and are not provided to students.
  • Cancellations and transfers must be made in writing to Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs. If participants fail to attend the course, all fees will be forfeited.
  • All remittance and banking charges should be borne by the sender/participants.
  • Payments made are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Cheque or DD payments must be made at least 3 days before course commencement. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or postponement of the course date.
  • Payment once made cannot be processed under chargeback or stop cheque or any cancellation method. This document can be presented to authorities as purchase proof. Any such processing must be made in writing.
  • Trainees liable for two installments must pay their second installment within 30 days from the batch commencement date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or postponement of the course date.
  • Humary Institute of Internet Marketing & UX Designs reserves the right to alter timings, dates, and duration of the training without liability.
  • Course content may be altered at any time without liability.
  • We provide 10 certificates (1 DIDM, 9 Google), with optional paid ICDL and Facebook certificates.
  • The Google exam will be conducted either during the course or within one month of course completion. After this period, it may be chargeable.
  • Transferring to another batch is chargeable at INR 2000, and transferring to a fast-track batch is chargeable at INR 3000.
  • Admission to the program is non-transferable.
  • You agree to provide authentic and correct personal information. We reserve the right to confirm and validate this information. If found to be untrue, we may cancel your registration without dispute.
  • The course will only be conducted if there are sufficient participants. In case of insufficient participants, they may be merged into another batch or the training postponed.
  • Taking pictures or recording (audio or video) during training sessions is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in registration cancellation.
  • You are required to bring your own laptop to class. Failure to do so will affect your learning, and we will not be responsible for the same. We do not issue laptops to trainees under any circumstances.
